Successful Collection at Fairlington Village

On Saturday, January 26, 2008, PC Recycler, Inc. in conjunction with the Fairlington Village Citizens Association held a Residential Recycling Event in Arlington, VA. This gave the citizens of Fairlington, Arlington, and the surrounding communities a chance to utilize PC Recycler’s electronics recycling and data destruction services. This special collection was hosted at the Fairlington Village Community Center.

Usually, the residential drop off is a monthly event located at our warehouse in Chantilly, VA. Though Chantilly, VA is just thirty minutes away from Washington, DC – some residents, like the elderly or those who are just too busy, never have the opportunity to come out for the event.

In addition to our monthly Electronics Recycling Event for Residents, PC Recycler wanted to give even more people access to safe recycling and data security solutions. This event was a success bringing in more than 10,000 pounds of electronic waste.
