Our staff will work with your facilities personnel to maintain the highest professionalism when working on your premises. Our staff are all US citizens and have passed thorough background checks.

Step 4 – Work Performance – Inventory

Our audit trails and paperwork are the best in the industry. We feel the paper work proof of action taken with your sensitive data is a best practice. Accurate inventory is the first step in PC Recycler procedure. All items that enter PC Recycler’s care are tagged with an internal bar code and inventoried, based on serial number.

Each is wired with the latest in GPS tracking technology and intrusion protection reinforcement. PC Recycler can make special arrangements for armored car service to deliver your material for shredding.

Once the client-approved, data destruction process is completed, an inventory list is then provided to each client, along with a Certificate of Destruction, for auditing and accountability purposes. This certificate is not just a simple piece of paper. It is a notarized legal document that has been used in the most stringent audits. The inventory document will show each item that was processed so you can audit the process.
